A brief introduction through media and past travels.

A brief introduction through media and past travels.

If you've read my "About" section, then there's not much more to tell you here. I throw my hands up a lot, like in the photo above. I know it's the most basic thing a person can do, but generally, I'm pretty excited to be in those places and it's simply reactionary. I'm a good solo traveler, but as I said in my senior high school yearbook, "Experiences are only as good as the people you share them with". Therefore, I like to travel with my friends and family as frequently as possible. We all know life happens in the blink of an eye, so I intend to live my adventures with the people I care about most, and hope to make some new friends along the way.

I wanted to share some extra media with you about a few of my past travels. Included, are images from China, Vietnam, Italy, England, and Iceland. I had to include a special Blue guest from New York as well.

I know what you're thinking, "Another middle class white woman, out to tell everyone they should travel more because it's life altering". To that I say, "Yes and no". Albeit, this is the most narcissistic thing I've ever done. I work in the film industry, and I live quite frugally. I travel on an extremely tight budget with LOTS of pre-planning and research. Although I don't necessarily consider myself a minimalist, I try to own very few material things- I hardly shop, I travel light, and I work as many jobs as possible on set until I can book my next adventure.

On a more personal note, I'm working towards becoming a full-time writer and director, specializing in dark comedy. For those of you who don't know, working in the film industry and achieving your goals can take a lifetime. Of course, I hope my career happens sooner rather than later, but until then, I don't intend to waste my youth. I'm very excited to share my travels with you dear Reader, and I hope this inspires you to get out there and experience the ever evolving world for yourself. Have fun!
